Who We Are
Blue Hope and Care Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of rural and vulnerable communities in Nigeria. Our team of experts is committed to addressing the critical needs of these communities, which face significant challenges in climate resilience, healthcare, education and sustainable development.
At Blue Hope and Care Foundation, we believe that every individual has the potential to thrive, and we are committed to unlocking these potentials in rural and vulnerable communities in Nigeria. Our aim is to empower these communities and improve livelihoods, through a comprehensive approach that includes:
– Advocacy efforts to raise awareness and influence policy change
– Economic livelihood and child support strengthening programs
– Micro-enterprise revolving cash support for sustainable community development.
– Sanitation exercises and clean water system installation.
Our approach is centered on community-based interventions that prioritize collaboration, advocacy, and innovation. The goal is to bridge the gap in aid efforts and create a sustainable impact in the lives of rural and vulnerable communities.
We believe that every individual deserves access to basic needs like healthcare, clean water, and sanitation, and that sustainable development is key to maintaining a good standard of living. Our commitment is to create a brighter future for those in need, one person at a time.
Origin of Blue Hope & Care
BHCF traces its origin truly to a profound concern for a larger part of the Nigerian populace, especially the rural and vulnerable communities, who live in abject poverty and are denied basic needs. Helping one person at a time seems to be a prolonged process to achieve the goal of touching lives; after our first outreach with a couple of friends, community leaders, environmentalists and mentors, the idea of a foundation was formed.
In October 2023, BHCF was officially registered under Nigerian law as an NGO, and a team of selfless and credible individuals was formed, marking the beginning of a transformative journey. From day one, the organisation’s steering force has been a deep sense of social responsibility towards the planet and a genuine desire to uplift vulnerable communities by empowering them to adapt to climate change and build resilience through the love of God

Ijomah Charles Chibueze
Ijomah Charles Chibueze is a Business Consultant, Project Manager, Digital Entrepreneur, Life Coach, Philanthropist, Writer and a Husband with over five years of outstanding track record in helping small and medium-scale enterprises gain momentum through business process automation, information technology (IT) powered marketing; and tenaciously advocating for the entrepreneurship drive among Nigerians and Africans, especially young people. He is the founder of Blue Hope and Care Humanitarian Initiative, a nonprofit organisation passionate about Education, Climate Action and Community Development
